Fabulous manicure & pedicure love it,

I have been here many times. I will unfortunately not be returning. Today was the last chance. Multiple girls have done my nails, one was very sloppy applying polish. I had to file down around cuticles because it was catching on everything. Another girl did my nails a few times. The first time was great, the second time was ok and the last time she seemed rude and over charged me. This time was another girl. I have been letting my nails grow to do builder gel, she filed them so short without asking. And then filed too much on the tips, took off all the color. I can see my nails. I did not say anything, I did not want to complain. I will just not be returning.

While Helen was kind and did a good job, she was not who I came for. I have been going to Zoe for a while now. But every time I go in, she is always late to my apt. I try to be early and I make sure to not do a walk in. Today, she wasn’t able to be done with someone else until an hour into my scheduled apt and I was already with someone else. Who was the third person in the end for today. I like going to Zoe as she is very good at her job and also knows how I like my nails. So today was a bit frustrating. Had I waited for her I would have been at the shop for two hours. This is not her fault at all, and I don’t think there is a real spot to place blame. But it’s been going on a little too long now, and today was too much. Thank you for listening.

She was funny and very entertaining had me laughing. She was gentle, calm and patient took her time doing my feet and gave me the best massage. She deserves a bonus!!!! Left her a $20 tip Thanks again Kayla I will.ask for you next time.

1st time with Annie for a pedicure and she was excellent!! I am very happy with this place! I have been coming here for years. I have bought my dad and 2 nieces before and they love this place too! I highly recommend it!
